It's fools spaghetti! You think you're indulging, but only your taste buds are. A delicious low carb alternative to Pasta!

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Pyrite!

1 cup spaghetti squash
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup Extra Lean Ground Pork
1/4 onion
1/4 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup zuicchini
1/2 cup spinach
1 clove Garlic
3 mushroooms
1 oz cheese

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Pyrite!

  1. Cut Spaghetti squash in half, cover each half with saran wrap and microwave for 20 minutes.

  2. simmer pasta sauce in a sauce pan

  3. mince garlic and put it in the sauce

  4. throw zuicchini and carrots in sauce

  5. heat a fry pan and begin browning the pork

  6. when pork is browned(doesnt need to be fully cooked) pour it in the sauce and let it simmer while the squash is microwaving. There shouldn't be enough grease to drain out,

  7. Also throw in sliced mushrooms and spinach

  8. take the plastic off of the squash after it's finished

  9. and let cool.

  10. take a fork and run it along the squash lightly to string it.

  11. In a mixing bowl put salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper, the squash and pour the sauce mixture over it.

  12. wuhlaw! EAT
