Recipe Ingredients for spaghetti primavera

1 pound firm tofu
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
15 oz Green Beans, No Salt Added
12 ounces dry whole wheat spaghetti
1/3 cup safflower oil
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
3 cups Silk Soymilk
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne

Recipe Directions for spaghetti primavera

  1. cut tofu into 1/2 in. squares

  2. cover with the soy sauce and brown over med. heat

  3. set tofu aside

  4. steam frozen veggies until tender

  5. meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to directions

  6. let oil and flour bubble together over low heat for 3 min.

  7. whisk in the soymilk

  8. add salt, garlic powder, and cayenne

  9. Continue cooking over low heat until thick.

  10. add the tofu, green beans, and veggies and serve over noodles.
