Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti pie

6 oz Spaghetti, Dry, Enriched
2 tbsp Butter
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
2 large Egg, Whole
2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 can (6 oz) Tomato Products
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1 cup, small curd (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Creamed, Large Or Small Curd
4 oz Mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti pie

  1. Cook speghetti according to package directions. Combine with butter and line bottom of dish.

  2. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat. Mix together with tomatoes and tomato paste and sugar.

  3. Combine cottage cheese, oregano, and eggs.

  4. Spread cottage cheese mixture over the spagehetti. Spread meat mixture over cottage cheese. Sprinkle Mozzerella over everything.

  5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
