Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Pie

16 oz ground beef
32 oz spaghetti sauce
8 oz spaghetti
2 oz Parmesean Cheese
2 oz butter
1 egg
6 oz cottage cheese
12 oz Mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Pie

  1. place spaghetti into boiling water - cook about 10 min

  2. brown ground beef, drain

  3. add jar of spaghetti sauce to meat

  4. drain spaghetti, stir in butter until melted

  5. beat the egg and add parmesean cheese into this

  6. quickly stir into the spaghetti so as not to cook egg

  7. place spaghetti mixture into large pie plate

  8. use a cup or your fingers to mold spaghetti to the

  9. pie plate

  10. put half of ground beef mixture onto the spaghetti

  11. add cottage cheese to the top of this

  12. put remaining meat on top of cottage cheese, spread

  13. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 min

  14. take out of oven -add Moz cheese, pop back in oven for 10 min or until cheese is melted

  15. let cool a few minutes before cutting into 10 pieces
