My boyfriend is cooking dinner tonight and he actually told me everything that was in the dinner. Food is something he doesn't want to quantify like we do here, so the measurements for the herbs and salt are approximations. I rounded up because I want to err on the side of a bit too much. And it gets a B+! If I were Making these meatballs I'd probably do less Italian Sausage and more ground beef to get the fat content lower. This smells wonderful so far. I'm having mine with whole wheat pasta. Boyfriend thinks whole wheat pasta is an abomination.

You're on your own here. I will tell you that he is simmering the meatballs in the sauce, for "a little bit longer than an hour".
