Recipe Ingredients for spaghetti and meatball stoup

2 carrot, diced
1 medium onion, diced
4 cup celery, diced
28 ounce tomato sauce
8 ounce tomato sauce
3 cups chicken stock
48 ounce ground beef
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
2 egg
1 pound spaghetti

Recipe Directions for spaghetti and meatball stoup

  1. preheat a medium soup pot over medium heat, add carrots, orions, celery and saute 5 minutes with olive oil

  2. add tomato sauce and stock and cover pot to bring to a boil, while soup comes to a boil mix ground meat with cheese, bread crumbs, eff, and roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. remove lid from soup and slide balls into soup, bring back to a boil then stir in speghetti reduce the heat and simmer soup 10 minutes more until pasta is tender and balls have cooked through
