A combination of spaghetti and lasagna.

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti-Lasagna

10 oz thin spaghetti
10 oz 90% Lean ground beef
2 cup Pasta Sauce
1 cup ricotta, part skim milk
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 whole egg
1/2 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
2 cup broccoli
1 medium green pepper, chopped

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti-Lasagna

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.

  2. Brown ground beef and combine with pasta sauce.

  3. Drain pasta and mix with the pasta sauce mixture.

  4. In a separate bowl, lightly beat egg and mix with ricotta cheese, pepper, broccoli, and basil.



  5. Lightly spray a 7" by 7" baking dish. Alternate layers of pasta with ricotta mixture.

  6. Sprinkle top with cup parmesan.

  7. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree (F) oven.
