Spaghetti with Herbed Tomatoes and Cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti with Herbed Tomatoes and Cheese

8 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp. Olive oil
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tomatoes, diced

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti with Herbed Tomatoes and Cheese

  1. About 30 minutes before serving:

  2. In 6 quart sauce pan over medium heat, in hot olive oil, cook garlic until tender. Stir in tomatoes, basil, and salt. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Drain spaghetti. Return spaghetti to pan. Toss gently with tomatoes, mozzarella, and parmesan. Serve immediately.
