Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatos and Toasted Garlic

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes and Toasted Garlic

3 cup Organic Cherry Tomatoes
12 oz Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Cooked
3 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 clove Garlic
0.33 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
5 serving VIGO GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
3 grams Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes and Toasted Garlic

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. While pasta cooks, pour the oil into a large skillet over medum heat and add the garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, until garlic is golden brouwn, about 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes. Increase heat to medium high, cover and cook until tomatoes are warm and softened but still retain their shape - about 3 minutes.

  3. add pasta, 1/4 cup each of the basil and the Parmesan cheese, and the salt and black pepperto the tomato mixture adn toss to combine. Top with remaining cheese and basil and serve.
