Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti with a cheese and parsley sauce with a rocket and tomato salad

75 g spaghetti
50 g yogurt, fat free
50 g ricotta cheese
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp water
50 g rocket
10 g watercress
3 cherry tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti with a cheese and parsley sauce with a rocket and tomato salad

  1. boil the spaghetti in water with the salt and drain when al dente.

  2. in a bowl mix the ricotta, yogurt, parmesan cheese, mustard, water and black pepper.

  3. place the spaghetti in a pan over heat and add the cheese mixture, then let simmer until reduced to your liking.

  4. serve on a plate with the rocket, watercress and tomato salad, and sprinkle the parsley over the pasta. Eat!
