Creamy bacon and mushroom sauce with spaghetti

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Carbonara

200 g spaghetti, dried
3 Pork, Cured, Bacon
100 g mushrooms
150 g cream
1/2 tsp paprika
60 g parmessan cheese
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Carbonara

  1. Fry bacon until crispy and mushroms and cook till soft.

  2. Add cream, paprika and heat through.

  3. Cook pasta then add cream mixture and combined eggs and cheese.

  4. Stir sauce through and serve with a sprinkle of remaining parmessan.
