Bacon with creamy white sauce over spaghetti noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Carbonara

1 1/5 ounces of bacon
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley
8 oz uncooked spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Carbonara

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.

  2. Pan fry bacon, drain excess grease.

  3. Add garlic, oregano and parsley.

  4. Add flour and milk, cook over medium heat until thickened.

  5. Turn off heat, add parmesan and sour cream.

  6. Toss with spaghetti noodles.
