Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Carbonara

300 grams spaghetti
5 eggs
6 rashers unsmoked back bacon
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp black pepper
10 mushrooms, sliced

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Carbonara

  1. Boil spaghetti.

  2. Fry bacon until crispy. About half way through frying add mushrooms.

  3. Beat together eggs, parmesan and black pepper.

  4. Drain spaghetti and return to pan.

  5. Over low heat add bacon and mushrooms and egg mixture. Stir well. Mixture should remain creamy.
