Tasty and 100% Natural Spaghetti Bolognese...

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Bolognese

1 large Onions
2 tablespoon Oregano
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
600 grams Beef, Top Sirloin
4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 clove Garlic
1 Cube Chicken Stock Cubes
300 grams Spaghetti
15 grams Basil, Dried
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Bolognese

  1. Chop onion into small pieces

  2. Chop and blend together tomato, garlic and chicken stock

  3. Put olive oil in pan, add onion

  4. Add oregano and brown

  5. Add mince and brown

  6. When mince is almost cooked add tomato paste and stir for 5 minutes until meat is done

  7. Add blended tomatoes, garlic and stock

  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste and leave to simmer until sauce is thick

  9. Add more tomato paste if you want more of a tomato flavour towards the end

  10. Add Spaghetti, basil and butter to pan and boil until al dente

  11. Season everything to taste
