A tasty and healty spaghetti bolognese

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Bolognese

500 g Lean beef mince
1 stock cube
1 courgette
1 carrot
1 clove garlic
1 medium onion
6 mushrooms
1 tsp olive oil
400 g canned tomatoes
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
300 g Wholemeal Spaghetti
2 tbsp tomato puree

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Bolognese

  1. Fry the onion, grated carrot and grated courgette with a crushed garlic clove.

  2. When nearly cooked, add in and fry the mince.

  3. When the mince is browned add in the tomatoes, stock cube (crumble it), tomato paste and worcestershire sauce. Also add in some extra water.

  4. While the food is simmering, cook the Spaghetti.

  5. Optionally serve with grated parmesan (22 calories per tbsp).
