Recipe Ingredients for spaghetti bolognese

10 ounces beef mince, lean
4 ounces onion
3 ounces mushroom
3 ounces capsicum
1 ounce garlic
1 teaspoon fresh chili
6 ounces tomato
2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 cups beef stock
10 ounces spaghetti, dry

Recipe Directions for spaghetti bolognese

  1. cook spaghetti pasta

  2. dice then fry onion, mushroom, capsicum, garlic and chili until tender

  3. add mince and brown

  4. add tomatoes, tomato paste and stock and simmer until cooked and thickened

  5. serve over pasta
