250 grams Beef
1 Serving Tomatoes
1 serving Diced Onions
100 grams Mushrooms
1 Tablespoon Garlic Puree
80 grams Carrots
1 Cube Stock Cubes
1 serving Paprika
0.5 tsp Spices Ground Basil
0.5 tsp Oregano
200 grams Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Dry

Recipe Directions for spaghetti bolognaise

brown minced beef, add mushrooms onions and carrots simmer for 5 minutes. add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. cook spaghetti in boiling water for 10-12 minutes drain and serve and top with the bolognaise. Very filling !
