Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti Bolegnese ala Randy

12 oz spaghetti
1 lb pork shoulder
3 garlic cloves
1 onion
1/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup half and half cream
2 tbsp Fresh Thyme
1 tsp Dried Basil
2 Tomatoes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti Bolegnese ala Randy

  1. ground or chop pork shoulder

  2. saute in olive oil

  3. add onion and saute until translucent

  4. add basil, tomatoes, salt pepper and thyme and cook for 30 seconds

  5. add red wine bringing to a boil

  6. reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes

  7. add cream and mix in to heat

  8. add parsley

  9. Serve
