Spaghetti with Anchovy and Parsley

Recipe Ingredients for Spaghetti with Anchovy and Parsley

10 oz spaghetti, uncooked
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
6 oz anchovies, chopped
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Spaghetti with Anchovy and Parsley

  1. Cook the spaghetti as directed on the box.

  2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Cook the garlic until golden. Add the anchovies.

  3. Drain the spaghetti and add to the pan. Add the parsley and season to taste. Toss well.

  4. Serve with cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
