3 cups squash
5 tomatoes
1 onion
1 cup mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Spagetti Squash w/ tomatoe sauce

  1. poke holes in the squash. place spagetti squash in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cut squash in half longways. Spoon out seeds, then scrape the inside of the spagetti squash with the prongs of a fork.

  2. Dice tomatoes, onion, and mushroom. Cook together in sauce pan until tender. Season to taste.
