Spicy tomato soup with vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Spagetti Squash Soup

32 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
16 oz Beef Flavored Stock
16 oz Beef Flavored Stock
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
8 oz LEAN Hot Italian Sausage
4 cup Squash, Winter, Spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Spagetti Squash Soup

  1. Microwave or bake a spagetti squash. Cool & strip with fork.Saute chopped onion & red pepper.

  2. Saute sausage crubbles. Add all ingerdients listed. Add a bay leaf 1/2 tsp oregano, 1 tsp basil, a dash of cayenne pepper and a few grinds of black pepper. Let simmer till tomates are very soft.
