Think spaghetti/lasagne.... SO SO SO yummy. A favorite in our house for the last 20 years!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Spagane

1 lb thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 cans tomato paste
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp garlic
1 pinch sugar
2 tbsp butter
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
16 oz fat free sour cream
8 oz fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions

Recipe Directions for Spagane

  1. In a cold skillet, mash together chopped garlic, butter and sugar

  2. In that skillet, brown the ground beef

  3. Add tomato paste

  4. In seperate bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and green onions

  5. Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray

  6. Put spagetti in the bottom of the dish

  7. Spread cream cheese/sour cream mixture over the spagetti

  8. Next, spread tomato sauce mixture

  9. Top with cheese

  10. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes

  11. Enjoy!!!!!!
