1/2 lb pork sausage, crumbled 2 garlic cloves, finel chopped 16 cherry tomatoes 1 tsp chopped fesh thyme 7 ozs. whole whear linguine,cook al dente 1 tbs. chopped fesh parlsy

  1. spary large onstick skillet with olive oil spray and pace over med. heat .add sausage and stir occasionally for about 3 mins. until meat begins to brown. add the garlic,pepper flakes, tomatoes and thyme. cook til the saugae turns dark bron and the tomatoes skins have brust, about another 3-4 mins. season with salt n pepper place cooked paste in bowl and toss with extra virgin oil top pasta with the sauage mixture and sprinkle with parsley
