Recipe Ingredients for Spag with pasta

500 g minced beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion
4 oz bacon
1 tinned tomatoes
8 oz pasta

Recipe Directions for Spag with pasta

  1. Fry onion in olive oil until soft

  2. add bacon and fry until cooked and slightly brown

  3. add mince and coat until brown on edges

  4. add a mixture of herbs and spices, I use cumin, oregano, garlic and a touch of chilli.

  5. Add a good shake of salt and pepper

  6. Add tinned tomatoes and stir until fully mixed

  7. Put a lid on and cook for 2 hours very low

  8. Cook you pasta when you want to eat and serve!
