200 grams Mince - Chilled
200 grams Mushrooms
200 grams Onions
11 3/5 grams Stock Cubes
31 4/5 grams Tomato Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Spag Bol with Quorn

Dry fry onions, mushrooms and quorn, add dolmio oxo and water. Simmer for half and hour or longer the add tomato sauce. Split into 6 portions of apprx 200gms each
