Recipe Ingredients for Soyrizo and Potato Soup

30 oz Black Beans
30 oz Kidney Beans Dark Red
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
369 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
12 oz Soyrizo
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
6 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
3 clove Garlic
2 tsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Pepper Or Hot

Recipe Directions for Soyrizo and Potato Soup

  1. Cook Soyrizo with garlic until done

  2. Add peppers and onion and cook ~5 minutes

  3. Add stock, rest of veggies and spices

  4. Simmer ~1 hr

  5. Very good frozen and reheated (potatoes get a little soft but flavor is excellent)
