Soyrizo and fresh kale stir fried together

Recipe Ingredients for Soyrizo and Kale stirfry

6 cup, chopped Kale
1 1/2 1tsp Olive Oil
12 oz Soyrizo

Recipe Directions for Soyrizo and Kale stirfry

  1. Chop kale into 1 inch size pieces (makes it easier to eat)

  2. put in olive oil in a skillet heat on medium

  3. throw in Soyrizo break up with wooden spoon.

  4. When the Soyrizo is a little brown throw in 1 cup of water and all the kale.

  5. stir until kale is cooked to your liking

  6. garnish with fresh cilantro and diced avocado, sprinkle with salt and enjoy.
