2 Egg Whites
1/2 cup White Flour
1 cup Soymilk
1 teaspoon Salt

Recipe Directions for Soymilk Gravy

  1. Scramble egg whites in oil.

  2. Add flour and lightly brown.

  3. Add soymilk and salt.

  4. Gravy will thicken...add water as needed for desired thickness.
