Japanese carbonara with egg or soy substitute 1/4 cup silken soy

Recipe Ingredients for Soybonara

8 oz Noodles, Japanese, Soba, Cooked
1 oz mirin
1 oz sesame oil
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 oz rice wine vinegar
2 medium eggs
1/4 cup corn
1/4 cup peas

Recipe Directions for Soybonara

  1. boil noddles

  2. meanwhile beat 2 eggs with other liquid ingredients

  3. warm the frozen corn and peas

  4. drain cooked pasta, return to burner

  5. stir rapidly to toss with egg mixture. add corn and peas.

  6. serve hot!
