104 g Straw Mushrooms
166 g Oyster Mushrooms
98 g Onions
141 g yellow zucchini
306 g tofu
3 tablespoons Soybean Paste
5 cups water

Recipe Directions for Soybean Paste Soup

  1. chop first four ingredients

  2. cube tofu

  3. mix soybean paste with water

  4. add altogether in one pot

  5. bring to a boil

  6. reduce and simmer for awhile

  7. check for taste
