Recipe Ingredients for Soybean hummus

1 cup soybeans, cooked
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 Red pepper

Recipe Directions for Soybean hummus

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend soybeans, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, and salt until thoroughly mixed and smooth.

  2. Add liquid from soybeans (or water) until desired consistency, creamy and paste-like.

  3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for about an hour. Serve with fresh vegetables, pita bread, or pita chips
