Recipe Ingredients for Soybean Corn Bread

1/2 cup soybeans, soaked overnight
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups cornmeal

Recipe Directions for Soybean Corn Bread

  1. Liquefy soybeans, oil, honey, sesame seeds, and salt with water.

  2. Add cornmeal and mix thoroughly.

  3. Bake in oiled 8 inch square pan 25 to 30 minutes in moderate to high oven (around 400 degrees).
