Recipe Ingredients for soya chunk paprikash

5 oz soya chunks dry
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
6 oz carrots, sliced
6 oz parsnips, sliced
4 oz swede, sliced
4 oz leeks, sliced
2 oz celery, sliced
2 oz pepper, sliced
400 grams canned tomatoes, chopped with their juice 1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 pint water, boiled
5 grams Marigold boullion vegetable stock , powder
2 teaspoon corn starch
4 teaspoon water, to mix with starch to then add to thicken paprikash
1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
1 teaspoon bayleaf , or 1 bayleaf
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon tomato puree
1 salt and pepper, season to taste

Recipe Directions for soya chunk paprikash

Heat the oil saute the onions until soft, place all other vegetables into pan, place on low stir and place lid on and saute vegetables for 15 minutes, then add all other ingredients stir and place lid on get up to temperature then simmer for 30 minutes or until veggies are how you like them season to taste and serve with mash new potatoes or dumplings.
