Recipe Ingredients for Soya & bulgur meal

100 grams Soya Mince Dried Cooked
0.5 cup Tomato Products
2 tbsp chopped Onions
0.67 cup(182 g) Bulgur, Cooked
7 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Soya & bulgur meal

Saute the onion and then add the soya mince (that has been in wates for an hour ot two). Add the tomato sauce and the bulgur, a dash of sugar and salt and cook until the bulgur is soft.
