Recipe Ingredients for Soy/Teriyaki Marinade

4 oz Angostura Lite Soy Sauce
4 oz Teriyaki Sauce
5 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
1 serving Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tsp Pure Sesame Oil

Recipe Directions for Soy/Teriyaki Marinade

Mince garlic and ginger and crush slightly with the side of your knife. Mix together in a bowl and pour over your desired veggies or protein. For fish, only marinade for 30mins or so.
