Pasta substitue for alfredo, high protein choice, very good! Run the soy under hot water for at least 5 minutes or drop in boiling water for less than a minute, the consistency is dead on!

Recipe Ingredients for Soy Shrimp Alfredo

15 oz Creamy Alfredo
16 oz Tofu Shirataki
1 cup Onions
1 1tsp Olive Oil
3 clove Garlic
16 oz Large Shrimp

Recipe Directions for Soy Shrimp Alfredo

saute the onion and garlic in olive oil, add the shrimp and season to taste with salt, pepper and italian spices. rinse the Soy (pasta) under hot water or drop in water that is very hot for less than a minute, mix in with shrimp and alfredo sauce
