A zesty and nutty Vegetarian Salad

Recipe Ingredients for Soy SauceTofu and Broccoli Salad

1 cup Lettuce
75 g Soft Tofu
1 Spring Onion
1/2 Tomato
1 tspn Dill Pickle
1/2 cup Broccoli
30 g Raw Cashews
1 tbspn Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Soy SauceTofu and Broccoli Salad

  1. Soak Tofu in Soy Sauce and bake at 180' for 20minutes.

  2. Boil Broccoli in a little chicken stock until desired firmness.

  3. Chop Tomoato, spring onion and Lettuce. Arrange on a plate.

  4. Dab the dill pickle around the salad.

  5. Arrange boiled broccoli over the salad.

  6. Once Tofu is cooked, dice into large chunks and arrange over the salad.

  7. Sprinkle with Cashew Nuts and salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Add any Mayo, or dressing of your choice, but a thai sesame is always a good option.
