4 teaspoons Vinegar Balsamic
2 teaspoons unsulphured molasses
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 dash white pepper
1 dash garlic powder
1/5 cups organic chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Soy Sauce Substitute

Combine ingredients in small sauce pan. Bring to boil. Continue to boil gently until liquid is reduced to about 1 cup (15 minutes).
