Recipe Ingredients for Soy Protein Bread Machine Bagels

1 c water
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c soy protein
2 1/4 tsp yeast

Recipe Directions for Soy Protein Bread Machine Bagels

Place ingredients in bread maker in order suggested by manufacturer. Select "dough" setting. Let dough rest when finished on a slightly floured surface. Meanwhile in a large pot, bring 3 quarts of water to a boil. Stir in 3 tbsp sugar. Cut dough into 9 equal pieces, form into bagel shapes, boil in water for 30 seconds/side. Sprinkle corn meal on a baking sheet. Bake Bagels at 375 for 20-25 mins until browned.
