Recipe Ingredients for soy protein bar

1/2 cup oats
50 g (about 1/2 cup) soy protein powder
1 tblsp cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup soy milk
2 1/2 oz silken tofu
1 tblsp chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for soy protein bar

  1. blend the oats to a powder.

  2. mix ingredients for a min or 2 add more or less milk for desired consistency (it needs to be really thick).

  3. place into a nonstick sprayed pan/bowl/object to stay in and cover.

  4. place pan into freezer for a few hours.

  5. cut into portions and wrap with wax paper.

  6. store in fridge.

  7. (optional): If you want it sweeter sprinkle splenda on top before covering, and/or mix in chocolate syrup or corn syrup when putting ingredients together.
