Recipe Ingredients for Soy Oat Waffles 2

1/2 cup Organic Soy Beans
1.5 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.062 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Soy Oat Waffles 2

Soak 1/2 cup of soybeans in water overnight. In the morning drain and rinse soybeans. Place in blender with 1 cup of water and blend until smooth. Add another 1 1/4 cups of water and 1 1/2 cups of oats along with a pinch of salt. Blend again until completely blended. Place 1/4 of mixture in hot waffle iron and bake 8 minutes.
