Soy muffins with splenda & almond milk. Can use chocolate almond milk if you want.

Recipe Ingredients for Soy Muffins

1/3 cup Soy Flour, Defatted
1/4 cup splenda no calorie
1/3 cup eggbeaters
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe Directions for Soy Muffins

Mix ingredients into bowl. Spoon in silicon muffin tin. Place in microwave. Cook on high for 3 minutes or more for 6 soy muffins. Can add sugar freee syrup or some fruit if you like.
