Recipe Ingredients for Soy-glazed Salmon Steaks

1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp ginger
24 oz salmon steaks

Recipe Directions for Soy-glazed Salmon Steaks

  1. Heat broiler, with rack set 4 inches from heat. Line a rimmed backing sheet with aluminum foil; set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hnet and ginger.

  2. Place salmon on prepared baking sheet; brush with soy mixture. Broil until browned on top and opaque throughout, 5-6 minutes.
