0.25 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Syrups, Maple
8 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
3 clove Garlic
1.5 tsp Ginger Root
4 fl oz Beer, Light

Recipe Directions for Soy & Ginger Steaks

combine all ingredients, marinade well-tenderized steaks in covered container for 1-2 hours (or longer), cut into strips for stir-fry, or keep whole for grilling. Use sauce for stir-fry or brush while grilling.
