Recipe Ingredients for soy ginger scallops with bok choy

16 oz Scallops
2 tbsp Marmalade, Orange
3 tbsp Sauce Soy 30% Less Salt Than Our Regular Soy Sauce
1/2 head raw Bok Choy
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
16 oz Mushrooms
1 oz Ginger Root
0.5 cup Chicken Stock
100 grams Oil

Recipe Directions for soy ginger scallops with bok choy

heat oil in wok or 12 skillet nwhile mixing together soy sauce marmalade and minced ginger in small bowl. clean and season scallops with paprika salt and pepper and set aside while sauteing shredded carrot, diced bok shoy and mushrooms in hot panadd ctock to pan after veg has softenedand simmer 5 minutes. remove from pan and set aside white searing scallops in the pan. add sauce to scallops and toss together with veg - serve over rice
