3 oz mori-nu silken tofu
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup pepper
1/8 cup onion
1/8 cup tomatoes
4 1/2 g olive oil

Recipe Directions for Soy garlic onion tomato peppers scramble

Soy onion tomato scramble all together and set aside, grill garlic and peppers then add the other scrabbled mixture into pan and heat through while stiring. Season as desired. I use my picco de gallo for the onion-tomato mixed in and tumeric.
