A great recipe a friend of mine passed along to me. Make sure you use low sodium soy sauce or else the mushrooms will be a bit too salty.

Recipe Ingredients for Soy Garlic Glazed Mushrooms

2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
8 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
2 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium and Vitamins Soft
2 tsp Chopped Garlic

Recipe Directions for Soy Garlic Glazed Mushrooms

  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat, then add mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms have softened and released their liquid - about 5 minutes.

  2. Add garlic; cook and stir for another minute to two minutes.

  3. Add soy sauce and cook until liquid has reduced and thickened, about 5 minutes.

  4. Serving suggestions - add to steaks or on top of a burger.
