Vegan protein bars- I used soy-free, vegan protein powder, but it had similar components to the referenced powder in this recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for soy-free protein bars

3 oz protein powder
1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup almond butter, raw
1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1 cup almond breeze unsweetened

Recipe Directions for soy-free protein bars

  1. combine all in food processor. press into greased pan, chill in freezer. cut into bars, wrap individually.

  2. chill until use.
