Greek, intensely garlicky meatballs!

Recipe Ingredients for Soutzoukakia

700 g ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 slice bread, crumbled
4 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Soutzoukakia

  1. Knead the ground beef, onion, cumin, garlic, salt, pepper, bread and 2 tbsp olive oil together for about 10 mins.

  2. Shape mixture into small meatballs.

  3. Fry in remaining olive oil, heated in a non-stick pan.

  4. Can be enjoyed warm or cold, make for an amazing sandwich filling or pizza topping! Also, can be added to tomato sauce to make for an amazing pasta or rice sauce...
