Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern Vegetable Soup

3 cups mixed vegetables (1 small bag of frozen)
3 stalks celery
1/2 onion
12 tsp (1 pkg taco season mix)
2 cups diced tomato (1 can not drained)
8 cups broth (chicken or beef)
2 oz Mexican Taco Cheese
1 1/2 c black beans (1 can - drained)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Vegetable Soup

  1. saute onion and celery in non stick pan until tender

  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes
